Lessons 1. Where to start? With colors!
Not sure which set to buy? Here’s the main thing:
Number of colors: Get a basic set of 8-12 colors. That’s enough to start.
Quality: Don’t skimp! Cheap school paints have little pigment, and your painting will look dull.
Format: Pans are perfect for beginners. If you plan to create large works, you can switch to tubes later.
Start small, and you’ll figure out what you need next.
